I have tried numerous time to get this off my credit report and it still shows. I am trying again. This CCB/PPC hard inquiry on my credit report needs to be deleted from my credit as this was done fraudulently. I used to receive calls on this from collectors and told them the same, then when i tried to contact PayPal I was given no beneficial advice as how to proceed. The phone numbers and information associated with this CCB/PPC account have nothing to do or match any of my history of phone numbers (I don't live in India) nor address (at times no address was given) which I have stated numerous times. This is unacceptable and yet PayPal doesn't do anything to help the consumer except put us hold on the phone forever.
