I thought I was speaking to a Best Western representative when I booked a stay, I was wrong ! They misrepresented themselves as Best Western they are a third rate party that way overcharged me for my stay. I could have just waited till I got to the Hotel, walked in and got a room for $225.70 cheaper than booking with these SLEEZBAG's !!! Cant call any of their phone numbers and speak to a real person....ridiculous !! Crook's !! And to top it all off my credit card company said if I agreed to the price and gave them my number TOUGH SHIT !!!
I never agreed to the total charge just a per night charge, agent told me I would be billed for $108.82 per night for six nights, she never told me the total. Asked her if this was Best Western she said yes how can I help you, had the audacity to ask me if I had a budget, I said of course I do! Then she screwed up and booked my hotel in Chicago, had to start all over since I was staying in Centralia, Illinois.
What are my alternatives now, who can help me recoup my overpayment?
