I have always a loyal custemor to celcom. But 1 thing upset me. Last week i bougt total of 90rm worth of extra gig. Last payment made 2 days ago for 50rm in exchange for 5 gig.My account renewed yesterday. I checked my net balance today, it turn out i only have 10gig balance which is the monthly net provided. Did my extra gig simply dissapeared? Kindly look into this and do the needful if you are appreciating i loyal costumer. Thank you.
