CELCOM did not take responsible on a Brand New Iphone6s but it has problem
I have signed a celcom data plan yesterday morning (29/12/15) and get a brand new Iphone6s from Celcom. But after i go home, i realize that my BRAND NEW IPHONE6S has problem! Then i go back to the Celcom store at Taman Ciku, Pulau Pinang to find the salesman on the afternoon. My Iphone backlight has some problem and it is obvious when it is display on screen which is white in color and the screen will have some black patches just something like watermark. I'm disappointed that the salesman said that he cant see anything but his staff has seen, i dont know whether he really cant see or what! Then he said that CELCOM WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBLE ON THE IPHONE 6S THAT HAS BEEN SOLD OUT !!!!! Please take it serious on my problem that i face ! This Iphone is bought from CELCOM !!
