Celcom xpax - the worst ive ever use. Nothing compares to the uselessness of the services. Super slow, intermitten and unforgiving to test your patients.

Celcom Customer Service Rudeness
I dont have any problem before contacting Celcom CSE since 2008, nice to talk with them before and very friendly, good how the way they give an explanation. This is my first time happen when I call last night (27/10/2016) around 11.35pm and 1 of Celcom CSE pickup my call name udi/rudy, his greeting not so friendly for me but i just ignore that but i become worst after he give an explanation to me. First conversation i still can talk nicely but what he answer to my question with lazy speak (tired maybe) and sound like don't want to assist me, my issue is I bought new simcard from celcom booth at JomHeboh Carnival last Disember and I tried so many times register Online Celcom Customer Service to upgrade to Xpax Turbo and keep failed every time I key in my IC number. Mr Udi/Rudy tell me this number wasn't register under my name. I was shocked but i still ok. Then drama begin.He keep telling me " Encik memang tak boleh buat apa encik" " Nombor ni bukan atas nama encik" " Encik bawak resit encik beli pergi branch" "Encik kalau ada nombor seller tu pergi refer balik". what a nonsense!! Why dont you tell me other way to upgrade my plan example via SMS/ Call?? after a few minutes I ask him why talk to me like that, " Encik kalau nak saman saya, saya boleh saman encik jugak" WOW!!! Then i request to speak with superior, he said no superior around because night already. Why he need to scared? He refuse to pass me to his manager/superior then he drop my call after say " ada apa-apa lagi boleh saya bantu? i just request/insist to speak with his superior,the he said " Selain daripada itu?thank you for calling celcom, i didnt say any vulgar words that can make him to drop my call. I call again and this time 1 of good indian lady agent help me to pass to her superior name Mr Fathul, by the way thanks to you Fathul, You deserve 5 star service and thousand applause of your explanation for other way that able me to upgrade my plan to Xpax Turbo and able to calm me down, Celcom.Please reward him. This is what customer want, good service. and now I'm still waiting answer from Celcom for call and validation.
