I have bern Discriminated by my former Employer Mcdonalds on 6405 Davie Dr in Davie fl on serveral occasions. so i contacted Celler law Firm. and i know they put in the system dont represent me by the state of Florida the manger ruby was mad i told her supervisor Jeff she was letting employees clock out and walk off the job the next day she be laughing in they face like nothing happened the same employees did that several times which is grounds for termination and Celler firm told me that a employer could gentric harass you thats doesn't sound like a lawyer im not one but i know for a fact an Employer cant Discriminated against nor Harass any employee period at the work place or off the work place their are laws in place for such behavior by any employer the HR manager Lauren falsified my employment verification for children and families lied about my rate of pay year to date nothing she filled out matches my checkstubs she also lied and said i was a no call no show on 7 /29/20 knowing fully well i was not working. due to me being in a car accident on 6/27/20 and i let the manger ruby know the same day as my accident she the one told the rest of the staff that i was in a car accident so how could you be terminated for being in a car accident so that is Discrimination i was still in therapy in july didnt finish until October and the manger Pam was cussing at me and kept pointing her fingers in my face while customers were in the restaurant i let Jeff know about that he saw every thing im saying on camera the other manger Zarit let ruby know what happened the manger pam was bothering me dont get me wrong i know how to hold me own but wrong is wrong. ruby was also mad because i asked her was we getting paid hazardous pay due to Covid19 at a meeting we never closed due to Covid19 and other companies was paying there staff hazardous pay so i had every right to ask and this meeting took place way before she did our evaluation in june. I signed the paper for a twenty cent raise and it wasn't on my july check they thought because i was in a car accident on 6 /27/20 thats what HR put on my employment verification paper as if i got that raise check stubs dont lie. so im the reason the staff was given a raise. after i told jeff about not getting my raise thats how my employment verification was falsified by HR and i sent jeff a copy of my last check he played a part in it and ruby they was in on it me and both mangers was communicating via phe and txt they just tring to use my car accident as a excuse because they didn't want me to come back and they were also mad i refuse a manger position then they kept asking me to be crew leader ruby ask me once more during my evaluation i.refuse she said why you given me a hard time word for word they thought i forgot at my raise but i didn't
