I purchase my home in 2015 and closed on the loan July 3, I wasnt in my house a month, when I got a notice stating Cenlar was my new mortage company. They will call me constantly making up ways to get more money from me. When I lost my job in 2017 I applied for hardship they would state they lost my package or they sent it but house was in pre foreclosure. I tried to pay them what I owe to catch up in a lump sum of cash they said no we cant accept any funds from me in the midst of trying to get my loan modified to lower my payments. They refuse my money to update my loan but push foreclosing on the loan instead of working with me. I found a new job immediately but was trying hard to keep my home. I filed bankruptcy and when I thought I can catch a break and talk to them to still pay everything to get loan caught up they foreclosed on my home. They always stated we lost paper work, loan modifications packet being mailed nothing happen then denied me of modification stating loan was new but wouldn't take my money. I hate this company they are rude and no help at all. I lost everything and now homeless. Iwilsh someone would stop Cenlar they are not here to help you with loan they rather destroy you.
