Billing

I have been a customer of CentryLink since 2015 and from the first month, I have been over charged. At first, it was a fairly small amount that made it more work than it was worth to call and sit on hold for hours, so I let it slide. Eventually, my bill was over $100 more than promised. After sitting on hold for 3 hours (every name, transfer, time, conversation is documented), I was promised a new monthly bill of $68.96 per month going forward for 20 months. The VERY next bill I received was $165.80. When I call to complain, I was transferred 4 times before somebody would help me. This is unethical and fraudulent how they scam customers and rob you of your time to try to get THEIR fraudulent charges reversed.
