Price Of Service

CenturyLink promised me one price to sign up for an internet bundle package and then charged me a much higher price. I then asked them to honor their promised price and they refuse. They are just plain crooks !!!!! My email [email protected]

Being harassed by an employee who stole from me

I found out that a CenturyLink employee took my old modem and gave it to my neighbor and configured it so that it "bootstrapped" on my account. I downloaded all info and presented it to the local office who said, without looking at anything available in my account. "It's not us". I downloaded the actual configuration report showing the employees username and password and proof that the modem was being used to access my account. They wouldn't look at my account but kept trying to bill me for the modem and told me "It's not us". I reported all to the FCC along with a great deal of evidence. The employee or someone with him broke into my home and turned on the remote access on my computer and destroyed it. It's horribly infected. Then they broke into my phone, set up a guest account that they didn't even bother to hide and ran up my bill. Wasn't a CenturyLink phone. I got a message from the FCC that CenturyLink was served on Thursday. For the last few days this employee has hacked into my computer and changed my picture icon just to let me know he can. This man isn't afraid. I am. I called the police when the break in happened but there was no evidence that they could use. After I got all my proof, they just had a glazed look on their face. They had no idea what I was showing them. So now I'm being stalked and taunted by this guy and all the while he's downloading all of my info. I called CenturyLink several times and EVERY time, they just say "It's not us" They don't offer any explanation or suggestion. Just, It's not us. I feel like I'm being abused by the entire company. I can't cancel the account yet. I know how to download the info and every day when he hacks in, I run another report. But I'm just twisting in the wind and no one cares. It's so fantastic, I don't have a clue what to do.
