Refund of overdraft charges due to unauthorized ach on paid check from my checking account
My daughter wrote me a check from her bank
I cashed it at my bank thru certegy paying a 2-3 percent fee
The check written 1-25-16 was returned NSF
1-26 and rede posited and paid PAID on 2-2-16
Then checking my. Statements I showed an ach
UNAUTHORIZED withdrawal from my bank account for another 300.00 paid again for the same check !!!!!!!!! That was 3/2/16 they got 300.00 extra dollars
Since then I've bee writing and faxing everyone across the us proving this error
Certegy owes me 300. For check 1063
And now since 3/2/16 16. Overdraft fees
Totaling 496.00. Every day the fees go up because the vendors I wrote the checks to keep re-depositing !!!!!! It's been days now and they still haven't reversed my funds to clog acct end 1993
