ChainArtSoft is a fraudulent company. We agreed on a fixed price contract with an agreed upon scope. We gave them a 50% down payment and then halfway through they requested that we pay the other half otherwise they would have to stop work. The agreement was to pay the other half when finished. We paid off the amount so that they can continue working. About a few weeks later, they said they need another payment as they cannot fulfill the contract with the current amount. We paid another few thousand dollars and they guaranteed they would finish it. Once again, a few weeks later they said they need another payment and cannot finish the contract. We ran out of money and agreed to pay them later with a percentage interest, a debt purchase. They agreed and we signed another contract. Two months passes by and they completely stopped all work with our platform still being far from done and having a lot of bugs. I’m extremely disappointed. Pavel Martynov is the CEO is orchestrated this scam. Do not work with this company, complete scam and fraud.
