When my number is call I went to the counter the male Cisco star starring at me but I can’t be bothered.
On 30/1/24 at about 1pm I was at changing pass office at T1 counter the same male Chinese Cisco I remember start shouted at me again saying I press two time. I told him I only press one time and keep saying I press two times I can’t be bother about it.

Changi Airport T2

I would like you to investigate on a very rude cisco staff, a male chinese young chap who was doing an scan on me. Already i felt very uncomfortable but these guy apparently touched me and keep saying its not finish. And he was super rude and he is showing a very unhappy face at work which doesnt show his professional at all. If he is not happy, dont work. This is a service line. Please see to his bloody face....black like hell throughout . I see double standard in service. His attitude to call me back was also very rude. Please investigate it.

The other chinese cisco guy was so much better and professional and ask my girlfriend to remove her water which i can understand . He was giving smile all the time.

The young guy is not suitable for this line. I have many visit yearly but this is the worst experience i encounter during cisco check.

Lack of sign and instructions at airport screening

I travel from Terminal 2 of Changi Airport on 18 February 2017. I was asked to be screened after the Departure gate. I was told to put my carry-on into the X-ray scanner belt which is at a low level near the floor. There was no sign and no instructions given. After passing through the scanner I was then asked to take my laptop/computer out from the bag for scanning again. I had to go through the scanner another time. I understand the need for random screening of passenger. But this in unnecessary hassle and delay for the passenger.

This form of unnecessary harassment of passenger could be avoided. Please put up a sign to inform passenger that the computer should be out of the bag when putting it on the the X-ray scanner. As this is different from the X-ray scanning just before boarding, where the scanner belt is at the waist level. And the Cisco/Certis staff there always ensure that the passengers are told that the laptop/computer or ipad should be taken out of the bag. I noticed that there is also no sign at these security point(just before boarding) to remind passenger to take out their laptop, empty the pockets, take out the belt etc to expedite the security screening.

I find this level of service unacceptable in the best airport of the world.

Unhelpfull & Unpleasant incident with Cisco Officers

On 23 Oct 2015,When i was turning towards T1 to pick up a passenger,i had no choice but to park along the side of the road, which i am very sure that had caused no obstruction to any vehicles or any one.
The reason for me to stop was,i at that time had a another female passenger sitting at the back seat, told me she wanted to vomit.
So i tried to find a suitable place where there was a small drain.
I do have a picture taken even along the high way, when i was leaving the Airport about this vomit incident..
The reason it triggered me to be annoyed with your officer by the name of Jaya Chandran was,He walked to the left front side of the car & started taking pictures from a distance,i would say about 10 meters away.
He didn't even come near or to the right side of the car to see what was happening, nor did he approach me,all he did was triger happy taking picture & left.
My question Is this,Is this what Airport Cisco Officers trained to do?Are they only trained to take pictures? Are they not trained to approach the car nor the Driver???
What if i had wanted assistance or if someone attempting something?
I within the next 2/3 minutes drove off ,picked up another passenger who was already at the T1 pick up point and went to approach the officer.
I asked him why did he take the picture earlier & asked him his name & id number.
He mentioned as his name was jaya chandran & ID Number was PC 78845,after that he just went speechless & started pointing at another officer who was seated ,that officer then came & said he was the one who gave the the instruction to take the picture.I asked him very simply did you ask me why & why didn't you approach the car nearer to see what was happening. All this next officer was asking over & over again was,if had a driving licence, neither did he bothered to ask or let me explain why i had to park there.
It just goes to show that this next officer knows how to give instruction but he has zero knowledge on how to handle or approach a situation.
This conversation & the vomit incident is videoed..
I sincerely hope & pray that such officers will be taught some professionalism while on duty.

Rude Certis Cisco Guard

Dear Sir and Madam
I am not happy and why ! Date 04 April 2015 Silk Air MI162 from Singapore to Palembang T1 Gate F55 Bording time 07:40
Your 2 Ladies Cisco Guards took away my 10ml left over shampoo inside zipper.
My wife and I bought the 30ml shampoo with zipper bag at the airport on 26 Feb.2015 on our way to Milan for 10 days.
I flew to Jakarta on 25 March 2015 for 5 days with same shampoo and zipper bag. I had no problem
Now on 4 April 2015 I got problem with same shampoo and same zipper bag for less than 1/3 ( +- 10 ml )
I did ask them to check is less than 10ml they just said it is rules ( speak other language among them self )
I am not happy that I did not transfer to 10ml bottle and is not right for me to buy another big bottle shampoo in small town Palembang and get the same problems
Please be considered and let us have pleasant trips.
Thank you
