Charter's construction crew came to bury the new line for my recent internet install without any notification and let my dog out of our backyard. She had no food or water and could have been hit by a car or picked up by animal control. I am extremely unhappy with the way this was handled.
I have called 3 times now and told twice that I would be contacted by a local supervisor. I have been told that since no harm came to my dog there is nothing that can be done. I tool a chance with Charter but am extremely unhappy with the way this has been handled. I was not contacted before they came or contacted to let me know my dog was let out. I am at this point ready to cancel my business with Charter. They have made it perfectly clear tegu don't value my service.
