I have been a loyal (although unsatisfied)customer for nearly 6 years. my bill just seems to go up and up higher.
Now they advertise the bundle with no contract .Sounds good but say I am not eligible because Im an exsisting customer...REALLY?
So as a loyal customer they increase my bill...even though their service sure has not improved.?
Ridiculous and very poor service.
I will be switching.
Any one thinking about Charter service>>I would say DEFINATELY NOT..DONT DO IT!!!
