Refused to return my 2 days room fee for which I did not stay, and left after one day.
My name is Paul E Bringas and I called the Hotel Mercure in France, on July 13, 2018 and asked them to refund my additional 2 days because of the location of the Hotel and the customer service of the Hotel Mercure. I stated all this information to the Hotel Mercure in a letter I forwarded to them on July 13, 2018 by phone. When I first asked the Hotel Mercure to refund my 2 days on 6/22/18 at the Hotel I asked them to contact them from France but could not because I did not have any wifi or phone service in France, so I had asked them to please help me contact them for I could have a refund for the 2 additional days of which we did not stay due to the location to far from center of town and the Hotel was like a prison which we could not get out in the evening to have some dinner. The front gate was locked and no one could open it with out the front desk personnel pushing the button for the electric gate to open but since they were in the office and one girl was talking on the phone around the corner of the front desk we could not get anyone' attention to push the button to let us out. We arrive on 6/21/18 Thursday at approximately 7-8 in the evening due to a taxi driver taking so long to arrive at this hotel. The tourist have to take the word of these so called taxi drivers which have no sign on the car and we have to trust them to take us directly to the Hotel. It took 1 and 1/2 hours for us to arrive and the fare was $120.00 dollars. I think we were taken for a ride and he just wasted time by driving around just to run up the bill. That morning I asked to refund the 2 days which we did not stay which was on 6/23/18 and 6/24/18 due to the distance to town and the poor customer service. They gave me a Fracture letter on 6/22/18 showing that I checked out on 6/22/18 that Friday. They said in order for me to get a refund I would have to contact KGT Services AG Kuomi Global Travel Services Agency. Cheapoair.com I sent a letter to Mr. Sebastien Bazin CEO of Accorhotelsgroup.com and to Bank of America Claim #180712DR008347 to Phoenix, Az. and to Cheapoair C/O Kuoni Global Travel AG. Hotelsupport@cheapoair.com I am resubmitting the complaint to again ask the Hotelsupport@cheapoair.com. I made these reservations on May 30, 2018 by on line. I am resubmitting the first letter that I wrote to you back in July 13, 2018 I also wrote a letter of complaint to the American Embassy in France.
