I would like to highlight "unfriendly behaviour" of immigration officer when my Mother in Law (Aged 75+) & Sister in Laws ( aged about 55 & 50) arrived in Singapore on Oct 26, 2017 by Indigo Airlines from Chennai

They have been questioned in an unfriendly manner and with a hint of racism, when they had a valid visa and which is sponsored by my wife. Their racism extended to a point where, one of the immigration officer commented that "these people will never change"

We didn't expect this from a country like Singapore, which we have made our home for the last 10 years, where racial harmony is supposed to be sacrosanct.

We hope the ICA is appraised of their unfriendly behaviour with my relatives and make their next travel experience will be more pleasant.
