Shipping errors
I ordered checks to be printed. I paid for shipping for UPS Trackable. The process for printing the checks was on-time and I have no complaints about that. The order confirmation I received said that I selected UPS for shipping. The first order status update email I received said the I selected USPS. I called customer service and they said, "Oh, don't worry about it, all of our status updates say that." I asked her to make sure and she said that my order said UPS, so it will go out UPS. The next order status update said USPS and I called again. That representative said the same thing. I then received another status update that said it had shipped and that I selected USPS. That was on a Friday. I waited until Monday to call again and the representative said that she assumes the package shipped UPS because that is what I paid for, but there was no tracking number. I asked to speak to someone else who would DEFINITELY know how it shipped and she put me through to a supervisor. The supervisor said that she looked further into the system and it shipped USPS. I PAID for UPS TRACKING information so that I could have someone at my house on the day the checks would be delivered. Now I don't know when the checks will be delivered and they will sit in my mailbox while I am at work. And all she said they could do was refund my shipping costs. This situation wouldn't be so deplorable if I hadn't already called twice about the shipping issue. I will be sure to purchase my checks elsewhere in the future.
