This is to bring to your notice that the tutor had declined the lesson with
me because it seems the tutor wasn't capable enough to solve the problems
which I had requested for. I guess it was Kuldeep or Rahul I dont remember
because I have no notification of the details in my mail. But neither I
received solution for the question posted nor did I take up any tutoring
with any of your tutors so why am I charged an amount of 41.25 CAD each twice which brings a total deduction of 81.94 CAD from my account? Instead the tutor had declined lessons so why do I owe you money?

I didnt receive any intimation regarding my subscription on my mail. bank statement, I happened to see charges of 41.25 CAD on my account which is shown as due. Why Iam charged for no reason when I didnt get any lesson, no tutoring, no help at all from any
of the tutors.

Request you to refund the whole amount to my account as it was the worst services I have ever faced in my life and if I don't get back the full refund I will go legally against your institution. I hope my account with you has been permanently deleted and I dont want any subscription , any services from your institution ever in my life.
