Last Monday, June 5, 2017 bumili ako ng basic cellphone ng cherry mobile model L7 senior citizen phone na price of 1,000 lang naman. Ok naman siya pagkatapos testing sa store na binilhan ko. Ganda nga kasi ang laki ng keypad kasi pang senior citizen nga at balak ko pa ibigay sa nanay ko na senior citizen. Tapos pagdating kanina umaga, Wednesday, June 7, 2017. napansin ko ng ginagamit ko na ayaw gumana ung number 1, 2, 3 button niya sa keypad. ung isang hilera na un ang apektado. the rest ng keypad ok naman. di na ako maka txt ng message containing ng mga buttons na un kagaya ng 1, 2, 3 at ABC, DEF, GHI.
So ginawa ko dinala ng lunchbreak sa nagbilan ko sa SM Sucat (ung tabi ng AVIDA at Fields Residence na condo sa parañaque). Dun sa 2nd floor, Cyberzone Cherry Mobile na store. Sabi s akin ng tao ng Cherry Mobile, kailangan ko daw dalhin ung resibo. So balik ulit ako ng haus para hanapin receipt. Then balik ulit dun. Pagdating ko dun, sabi ng staff ng cherry mobile (Ms. Fatima Ocampo ang name ng staff) di daw pwedeng palitan ng bagong unit kahit may receipt na kasi may scratch daw sa screen. Pinakita nya ung scratch, di mo mapapansin kasi parang pilikmata lang kanipis at kaliit. At sabi pa niya bumalik na lang ako bukas kasi wala daw ung nagbenta sa akin nung Monday na name ng staff ay Rhea Barreon. Nagalit na ako kasi, bakit di nyo agad cinabi nung una pa lang para dina lang ako bumalik kung ayaw nyo din palitan. Papalitan naman daw kaso dapat punta daw ako ng SM Southmall service center, mag file ng report na may scratch. At dun palang pwede palitan. Sabi grabe naman kau, di ko naman naibagsak or nasira ung cp. Makikita naman nila kasi bagong-bago un. May defect ung unit at kita naman nila un. So umalis na lang ako kasi wla naman ako magawa kasi ayaw nga nila palitan.
Sayang at dahil lang dito nasira reputasyon ng Cherry Mobile. Ang previous phone ko ay cherry mobile din at nasira na lang dahil sa kalumaan na. Wala naman akong complain dati, until now lang talaga. Sayang...Thank You very much anyway.
