I ordered two Chill Chests through a Television comercial. After 6 weeks I received a notice that they’d been entered into the Canada post mail service in North York Toronto, (I live 4 hours drive away from) Canada post picked up the parcel & after 10 days Canada Post still records the parcel as being picked up & in transit but it hasn’t moved. I called Canada Post & they made out a service ticket # & advised me to alert the company that the item is 6 days past the estimated delivery date. This comopany only takes in automated orders & you can not speak to a live person. Hopefully my $80.00 isn’t lost on a TV add.
