I purchased a Chitram TV box to watch Indian TV channels on my TV. From day 1, has this been a harrowing experience. I never thought that this will be happening in Germany and it certainly shouldn#t happen anymore.

Below is the contact details of the person whom I called. One Nadaraja (+4915146833333) is the mannerless person who dealed with me till now. The days mentioned below are the days when I had a conversation with this Nadaraja.

Day 1 - I enquire about the box and he tells me straight to transfer money to his account. He doesn't ask me for my address. I ask him where will you send me. He asks me then to message him my address.

Day 2 - I transfer €105.99 to him online and waits for a response.

Day 3 - After a week, I call him and ask about the box. He asks me who are you and when did you send the money. I clearly asked him, if he is playing with me ? and then I explain to him when I transferred and what his duties are. He tells me that I will receive the box in 2 days.

Day 4 - After a week again, with no box in sight, I call him and he says that he has sent the box just yesterday and I should receive tomorrow.

Day 5 - After 3 days I call him and he tells me that the box has returned from post office. He guarantees me that I will receive the boy in 2 days.

Day 6 - After 4 days, that is today the 17th Nov 2017, I get the box. I fix it to my TV to see it not functioning. I call him. He tells me to call him after an hour. I call him after an hour. He tells me that he will call back and till now, I have not received anything from him.

How do cheats like him survive in Germany. They should not be allowed to harass German citizens.

Solution : I am fed up talking to a mannerless man like him. He seems to be a cheat. I want him or this Chitram company to give me my money back and also compensate me for all the trouble, for this long delay and for this non functioning box which is cheating.
