I don't usually post in social media the happenings or events in my life but yesterday was totally unacceptable. We went to Chowking It Park - since my friends are planning to celebrate birthdays outside the country... everyone was so happy. I ordered my food, nobody is next to me i paid 1000 bill and ordered beef chowfan and milky white worth 165. i was looking for spoon and fork and straw... the cashier placed my drink and number on the tray and my receipt. i was told it will be to follow... since we are very happy... i placed my things on the table and stayed at the place more than an hour. I went to my husband's workplace after we ate and went to emall to have my phone fix. Upon checking my bag putting all the things outside my bag i was nervous because i did'nt get my change. for the 1k bill. my husband and I went to it park again. we talked to the manager named Anna and asked abt Cctv and she said she will review it... UNFORTUNATELY THE CCTV WAS ONLY FACING ENTRANCE AND DINING AREA. CASHIER JUST GAVE THE EXACT AMOUNT OF THE MONEY TO THE MANAGER. CHOWKING IT Park lahug Cebu city
