My confirmarion number is 100935235. This is not the first time that you failed me with your poor service . I ordered online and received a confirmation email of my transaction at exactly 1145am on a Sunday. At 1255 pm, I received a phone call and thought that was the delivery guy but rather the call center representative and advised that 2 of the items that I ordered ( milky halo halo and regular halo halo are not available. I said that is ok , i am more concerned about the rest of my orders and mentioned that i am very very hungry. I asked where’s my order now as I already waited for an hour. The rep advised that they just received my order and should wait for another 30 mins. WHAT???? ARE YOU GUYS KIDDING ME?? I AM fFREAKING HUNGRY AND ALL YOU CAN SAY IS PASENSYA???KRIS AQUINO ANYARE NA SA CHOWKING??? You need to do something about your terrible delivery process. Really disgusting plus the fact that I am hungry and your delivery process made it even worst!
