Rude Behavior and Not good service

First time kong kumain sa chowking sipag at sobrang pangit ng naging experience ko dito, unang una sa counter named Berna, tama ba naman na sabihin mo sakin na "miss pakibilis ng pag-order" (sabay nguso sa mga customer sa likod), buti ba kung sobrang tagal ko ng nag-iisp para sa order eh pero yung tipong kararating rating lang namin tapos pagmamadaliin mo ako. Kasalanan ko ba na iisa lang ang counter nyo ha? Pangalawa, sadya bang oily ang softdrinks nyo? nakakadiring inumin. Pangatlo, Naiwan ko lang yung happy plus card ko kasi lumipat kami ng table at hindi ko napansin na naiwan dun tapos pinabalikan ko sa kapatid ko tapos sasabihin nyo "WALA" aba nag magic? nawala agad. Sana lang kung pagmamadaliin nyo ako, sana mabilis ang service at pagseserve nyo kaso hindi naman, SOBRANG BAGAL. Nakakabastos na nga nakakawala pang tiwala. nakakawalang ganang kumain sa inyo kung ganyan kayo.
