My claims manager has been very slack on doing his job. I continuously have to call just to get a check issued. Then I got denied for the last two weeks because my claims manager failed to have the right fax number from my doctors office. To end this story I was out of work with another lady and we both had the same claims manager but yet she had no issues. Never had to call and got checks issued each week. Now that's ironic.
