Cincinnati Bell is not working. Internet keeps going out. Duke energy is denying that a surge occurred. This is horrible.

Cincinnati Bell Fioptics has the worst cable and internet service around. Whatever you do, avoid them at all costs. for three weeks now, my hd channels on cable have been freezing up when you change the channel or type it in manually. The music choice channels are the same way. The channels skip as well. Their customer service/tech support doesnt have a clue as to what is causing it. They just transfer you back and forth. Ive had 5 techs come to my house and its still doing it. Tech support over the phone is all foreign in the Philippines and you cant understand a word any of them say. Its pathetic. The picture on the channels isnt real clear or sharp either like they advertise. They also advertise that weather doesnt affect cable or internet but it does. my internet speeds are always slower than should be and internet service cuts out frequently. Their service is very unreliable and i do not recommend them at all.

Hi, I have been a customer to Cincinnati Bell from an year. Never was happy with their bill. Believe me, i have to talk to them every month on Billing issues. everymonth, gets a promise on the bill correction for next month on wards but some other issue arises. Recently, i had downgraded service from 30 mbps to 20 mbps and my bill gone up by 35 dollors. when i spoke them, they said they can give a credit of 10 dollors after spending almost an hour on the phone.
This is ridiculous and no retention plans by them and no professionalism shown by them.
