DVR freezes while watching recording along with time on DVR, Contact customer service to have them instruct me to reboot the box resulting in removal of recorded program I was watching. Second time this has happened!

I AM TRYING TO DECIDE WHICH SUCKS MORE TIME WARNER OR CINCINNATI BELL FIOPTICS! They both charge you as if they had the best product and it works flawlessly but neither should be considered as viable TV solutions!

FYI I have no complaints about either of the companies WIFI connections or phone service but have issue with pricing of the bundles and the reliability of their products!

One more thing - these companies will never learn what the issues are if their crappy products if their first line of fix is reboot the DVR box!
