Cancellation of my Account

Been sending them since yestetday to cancel my aaccount, but as of this moment I havent' received any notification that they already received my request and the website is no longet active.

refund of money

not refunded my money,waiting for 3month now,excuses,took money out of my account,have been told on numerous occasions will be friday,friday has never come!
