I was with CitiMortgage since 1994 and since the modification the mortgage when up to $140,000. at 6.7 percent fixed from thirty years to 48 years. a gentlemen name (Nathaniel) constantly hanging up the phone and after I did chemo I left it alone. this is 2020 and I found out that my mortgage when down to $119,000. now is back up to $124,000. I asking can someone look into this matter for me because this is not right if all I was told that someone added for closing costs $4,000.00 extra. this is not right and I asking that again someone look into this matter the old loan number with CitiMortgage is #0771526508, I appreciate if someone can assists me in this matter.
