Cant seem to allocate funds for 2016 that i paid

I have sent endless emails and called the call centre as I made payments for 2016 and only one is reflecting
Everytime I call no one knows whats going on and nw I am told that the account is going to be taken to legal. All payments made have not reversed to my account. Can someone please assist me
