On 29th of May 2017 I was called by Mr Riwan Kashyap from Shine.com by Telephone number 9015449101 to my mobile number 9212114605 (cj Naukiri Services Lucknow ) for the vacancy in Lava International Ltd Noida. Immediately telephonic interview was conducted. For which he charged refundable fees of Rs 19000/- paid by PAYTM conformation of receipt attached.
On 30th May Mr. Aryan Boss of Mr Riwan Kashyap called me by telephone number 9015449101  to my telephone number 9212114605 for appointment document, conformation refundable charges of Rs 43450/- accordingly I pad to his SBI Chander Nagar Branch of Lucknow,
On 31st Mar I received one job conformation letter from Lava International, attached for your information. As you are conformed for the post of Sr. Accounts Manager with salary of Rs 10,20,000/- P A. and you have to pay 9% security to respective consultant , which was refundable at the time of appointment, accordingly we paid on 31st and 2nd June (63000+29000), acceptance of money in there SBI Current account. Total Amount Rs 158650/- (total Rupees One Lac fifty eight thousand six hundred fifty only). All receipt by them attached for your information, as well as Mr Aryan send me one e mail as this is last and final payment for appointment in Lava International. On 3rd June again asked for Rs 34000/- for referral id nonrefundable charges.
I denied to pay any further, he cancel the program appointment with M/s lava International, and told me due to non-payment we cancelled agreement for employment.
