I made 3 separate orders online for three pairs of Clarks shoes I received 2 emails saying 2 of the pairs of shoes had been cancelled as they weren't in stock. I have just looked online and the other pair booked at a later date had been cancelled (no email). They couldn't supply any of the shoes but they did manage to immediately take the money for the three pairs! Contacting customer service I've been told it may take 2 weeks for my money to be refunded! Terrible for a company as big as Clarks to be taking money for items they cannot supply!
