Dear Sir,

I have bought Clarks Feeling Good pair of shoes from their India website (Order Number: 2250667). I have ordered 12th Oct 2014 and received this pair of shoes on 18th from their shipment. When I opened the pack, I was surprised the see that shoes was defective and I contacted customer care number at the same time. I also dropped one email and shared the shoes pictures in my emails.

I have sent three emails but I have not received any reply from them. Also I called them around 10 times, but they are not replacing the pair of shoes. The customer services are quite poor, if they picked up call, then saying that we are transferring your call, but never transferred. I am really surprise to see kind of customer services of a well know international brand.

I trusted Clark for their name and establised brand, but with this incident 'Clarks' spoiling their brand value. If your website can help me to get the replacement, I shall be highly thanks for this.
