My husband is a very good customer of Clarks, but in the snow before Christmas he wore a pair of Clarks shoes that literally fell apart when he was out shopping. This left him walking in his socks in the snow, until he got back to the car. Not only was it very embarrassing, but it was also extremely uncomfortable. We have written twice to Clarks, returning the shoes with the first letter, but so far have had no reply. Yes, we got a £10 voucher, which we haven't used. Why would we buy Clarks shoes again? We want an explanation of why it happened and assurance that it won't happen again because my husband has several pairs of Clarks shoes in the wardrobe.

On first march 2016 i had brought shoes from clark ilford essex IGI IBY order no 999013130000 for £45.50 for urgent next day
delivery where i paid five pound and fifty pence ex tra for next day delivery.S ince the store did not t have right shoes they promissed me for next day delivery. I had requested the sales assistant that i have urgent assignment to submit at marble
arch and beiing old customer of clark shoes i would like to wear them for good presentation in office

Unfottunately i wasted whole day yesrterday as i was pronised shoe delivery by seven in evening. Today when i called their
customer services someone rudely kept my phone down. I am hurt and angryy as i coould not go for my assignment and will
have to pay penalty for six hundred and fifty pounds. I have always been loyal customer of clark and this time i have not been

treated fairly.I seek my compensation from the company as till now i have not recieved shoe delivery

My friend bought me a pair of clarks brown leather ladies shoes size 3 for my birthday and after only a few hours of wear the soles disintegrated and the heels cracked. I have taken photos of them. I can't believe what has happened to an expensive pair of shoes. I cannot return them as I don't know which shop they were purchased from.
I will have to pay a fortune no doubt to have new soles and heels on the shoes at the local cobblers.
