Charged for unauthorized payments. Reported it to my credit card a few times already. I need some help here. I've read that this is a scam.

I keep getting unauthorized charges every few months. I have already had my charge card take it off once. Can you help?

Over payment on Avast

I have been given the "run-around" between Cleaverbridge and Avast for over two months about a subscription renewal after it being cancelled before the due date and still taken from my account !! Not only once but twice in a period of 10 days !! I called in early October !! On Oct 3 two charges were on my account one for $59.99 was taken as well as an additional charge of $19.99 was removed !! I called and talked to someone to straighten out the problem and was told that the funds would be back in my account within 5 to 10 "working" days !! I waited and kept checking my account and on Oct 13 an additional payment in the amounts of $59.99 as well as $19.99 was taken out of the account !! This is assinine !! WTF is this !!??? If someone doesn't make contact by Monday I will be forced to take this matter to the authorities !! I would like to settle this without doing this !! i want to cancel my psp. purchased

i have used PSP 9 the old version for years and love it I purchased the x9 and the format is totally different and not usable for my application i wanted a refund and tried several times to deal with your crap online it just sends me in circles and never compleats anything i send a live message and your always to busy to respond when i am their i wait and wait and it' s bull
i need to talk to a real person that really want to credit my card today not next year or not i think you try to make it this way to not return money at all i want to still purchase the older version to load on my new comp.
