No Product. Charged unlawfully.

I ordered a HoJO Motor on 3-5-12. I never recieived the product. My Credit Card bill comes in the mail with a charge of $49.97. Than my car shows on 3-19-12 that I owe $39.95 for I don't know what. HELP!!! I need to be credited and have nothing more to do with this scam.
