On Sunday I applied face screen on my face before going to shop to buy essentials so on my way there I started feeling irritation on my face, when I arrived home I quickly washed my face with cold water and I noticed I had a reddish rash all over my face except my forehead, nose and under eyes. So I applied my Clinique moisturizer. Following day my rash was gone but the worst was yet to happen, my face was sooo tight I couldn't even feel it when I touch it and I thought maybe its dry skin, Tuesday no improvement I washed it then applied moisturizer followed by superdence, Wednesday again no improvement, on Thursday my skin started cracking looked roasted and brownish it felt tight around the mouth I couldn't talk properly let alone laughing or eating . And today when I woke up my face was peeling off so I called the lady that normally assist me from Edgars clinique counter and advise I buy moisture surge intense. I will be happy if you can look In to this matter since this is my first bad experience, I started using Clinique late 2001 up to this date I haven't changed the product cause I'm happy with it. Thank you. I have photos but will be comfortable sending them after you responded.

I bought my first online order 28/01/2019 . Previously I went into Edgars I got the range separately .
Note I just started using the Type 3 , this seems to be harsh on my skin . I did call to enquire seems this is for only oily skin.
I am willing to return the pack and you can offer the one for the combination sensitive skin.
I had called the customer service line and they requested I email to [email protected] the consultant came back "Thank you for the below mail, as advised telephonically the below matter was escalated.
Unfortunately we cannot assist with a refund or exchange due to the return policy being 10 working days of the order being received.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
This is not going beyond your policy to helo your clients. Your products are expensive . Now i must just frame it unable to use it .

I bought the 3 step products from Westgate in December, the products messed up my skin its now ITCHY with pimples and Rash.
I am highly disappointed as I was advised by the product ambassador

Product issue

Good day,

I have been using the Clinique range for over 5 months, I have seen a decrease in the oily skin.= by using the 3 Step. I have also been using the Even Better clinical dark spot control for the last 4 months and was told the pigmentation would have been gone by now.

On a monthly basis, I spend over R1500 on your products and keep on getting different answers from different Clinique sales consultants.

I am using the following products
Clinic Mask
3 Step
Sunscreen and yet my problem with the pigmentation has not been resolved. I am giving you an opportunity to provide me with an amicable solution regarding my pigmentation and the money I have to spend on your products for soemthing that is not working

very bad service

on Saturday it was on the 28/07/2018 i went to river square truworths store at the cosmetics department i wanted to buy the make up for clinique as my sister told me that the clinique make up is good.As it was my first time will be using the make up ,i ask the sales lady to help me and tell about their products and check which colour i will be good to me ,instant she told me about how i cant afford their products and i must first go and moisturize my skin first before she can put the make up on me ,and that time i was ready to buy the product as i know their price because my sister is using the clinique products .i was so angry and very dissapointed with the service that i got from that lady .as i first time user she was suppose to sell your products to me not to tell that people they dont afford your product because they are expensive and only white people can buy it ,so went to Vaal Mall mac store and they manage to help me show the perfect colour for my skin and how to apply it , they even give 5 days trial using it and see how is going to treat me for a week.

Horrible customer service

Omg. Where to start. I sent 3 emails to customer service and was advised they would reply within 48 hours.

What did I get .. nothing.. not one reply

Stick a crap mascara in my bag for checkout and I paid for it.

Never ever will I buy a clinique product again
Even though I like some.

Terrible. Worst online shopping experience ever

I have been a happy Clinique customer since 1990. I enjoy all their products especially the Men's line. On Sat. 3.24.2018, I want to purchase cologne, Chemistry, using for years now. I was happy that Macy's had it in stock. That day Clinique was having a promotion. I was offered a valued gift along with my purchase of cologne. The valued gift was for women. I asked the representative for men;s products, however, representative was unable to provide as that was not the valued gift. I walked away happy that I had my cologne but puzzled as to why in todays world of equality that I felt I have experience a taste of sexism. Why should a valued male customer get to enjoy a valued gift of male products. Just wondering ?

So i have been suffering from bad rashes and burns. So I went to a Clinique Counter at Redsquare and consulted with one of the ladies who works for Clinique. She recommended that I buy the anti blemish products , saying that my rash will dry out. I asked her what happens if these products don't work for me, she said I can com e back for a refund. So after 28 days I went back to the store to show her that my face got worse. I was swollen and my rash was burning> I went to the doctor and treated the burns and all. They refuse to refund me. I hate how dishonest they are. Why promise a refund knowing that ou never refund anyone??

Very dry tight skin

I purchased the very dry to dry combination as recommended by the consultant however it is the worse product i have used. My skin is now tighter and dryer then ever. I doesnt feel moisturised at all. I have breakouts and my face itches.
Very disappointed for paying so much for such a useless product.

Terrible product

I bought the pepstart products one being a moisturizer and the other a wash. It was a promotion so you get a few free samples with it. I was recommended to buy that product as it will help with my dark circles as well as act as primer for my foundation as that was the reason I went there in the first place. Trying a new foundation. Ended up buying a corrector as well as a foundation together with the pep start kit. My skin has gotten ten times worse. I never had breakouts and now my face is full of them. I have spent hundreds of rands and I live in Ladysmith. This morning I called customer care and spoke to Rifilwe who says there's nothing she can do I must go to Pietermaritzburg. Is that even fair? Not the kind of service you would expect to get from such a 'leading' brand. Easy to take our money hard to give a solution. The foundation at home is also way too dark. My neck is fair and my face is now dark. It's evident the lighting there is way different than standing in natural light. So disappointed.

splurging on makeup

Knowing that clinque is a good product . I will never use it due to the ladies who apply it at the shop always splurge on the makeup . They are either out of stock of testers or they use very little. It is always the case in pietermaritzburg. I'm very upset in that doing makeup a makeup tester is no use ! They don't take the time to do things properly. They are always rushing ! This is terrible.
