PAID for product and Not get it

On July 27, 2020, I purchased three of your bottles, after watching the long video. I NEVER got the box with the product inside. I am asking for a FULL refund back on my VISA card. The last four number on my VIA card is 5857. I will be WATCHING on my bank account for the FULL refund. I would like this to happen as soon s possible. Please don't disappoint me! Thank you
