Fake promises about giving voucher
I received a call from club Mahindra executive that I have won a free 2n/3days holding day voucher and I have to attend a session of 45 minutes and I will get my voucher . After finishing the session when I asked for votes voucher they said they will mail me but I haven't received any mail.The person who called me the is not picking up my phone and when I call to club Mahindra customer care they just say your query will be solved and I think strict action should be taken against them.I should get my voucher.The persons name is Ashish chodankar and he sits in Vashi branch in Mumbai .Kindly help me to solve this problem

The RM came from Club Mahindra and showed me the demo in month of Feb 2017 and committed to arrange a 5 days complimentary stay in Puducherry (Pondicherry) and I decided to enrol for the membership. He said I have to make payment of down payment immediately. I asked for a day to decide they said it doesn’t happen like that. He also got his manager to speak to me to convince me to buy immediately. He used to call me at midnight my credit card details. And after sharing my card details and paying the down payment of 34700 they sent me the membership ID which showed the 5 complimentary days in the App. After that I asked RM to block the rooms as committed. He had said he'll block the rooms and I have to pay three EMIs together to get the rooms booked/blocked. I agreed. After that when I try contacting him he doesn’t take the call and respond to my sms. I send a mail to him and his manager but no response. His manager had spoken to me at time to taking membership talking big words to convince me to take the membership. Now no response from him at all. I raised a request with the member relation team for refund of the down payment and they too don’t respond. I have stopped the EMI and now they send message for paying EMI. Please do the needful to refund my down payment.
After posting in social media and compliant board they called me and said to provide the contact number of the sales person who made wrong commitment. i gave them and they tried to conference the person but was not able to. if the company itself cannot get hold of the staff how will the customers get service. they also say cancelation is not possible after validation. which service is this that refund is not possible.
Mumbai branch made wrong commitments and after me paying the downpayment they did not book holidays for me. When i asked for refund they say there is no option of refund in their policy after validation. BEWARE. Chek refund policy if they approach you.
