not being able to play games

I have been unable to enter into membership rooms. I have had this problem for over a week. I thought perhaps it was a Pogo glinch but it was never corrected Please advise.

i am a club membeof club pogo and am dissatisfied witht the way they treat their members by not telling them when th system will be down or unavailable
