Parcel still havent deliver

Hi , the parcel should have reached to the buyer house at 26/6 .... However the parcel has been stuck in mel national pusat pos laju since 13/6.

Can u please help my parcel to get moving, right now i have no idea whether the parcel is currently there or missing ... I hope i can get an update soon ... Thank u ..
