REFUND DUE ME

Good afternoon, My name is Gloria Knight and my complaint is that I have service at your Fayetteville, GA office where Chelcee Kovalaske is the Office Manager. I have at least 280.00 sitting on your books that I need refunded to me. The debit card I used at the time of payment is no longer in my possesion. You asked me to contact my bank to issue a letter of when that card was last in use. The letter was issued from my Credit Union last week on July 6th in reference to that Card ending in 5917 stating that it was last used in December 2016 and no longer in my posession. I have a new Debit Card now and have given that card number to Chelcee Kovalaske to refund the money sitting on your books to my account. I have been wiating 2 1/2 week for that refund that I have not received as of today July 10th. This is not money you owe me, this is my money that I paid for service last year that was not used. I need this money refunded to me immediately. I don't understand why it has to take another week for me to receive a refund. Chelcee is waitinig for you to approve the letter sent to you on last week on the July 6th. I do not understand the issue with the refund. Three weeks is too long to wait for a refund that is waiting for your approval to refund it back to me. You have all the information that you asked me for so Please approve for your Office Manager to refund my money to my account. Thanks for your aaassistance in this URGENT MATTER.
