> I received a email from [email protected] on 16/07/2014 stating that I have been listed for last edition email award with an amount 500, 000.00 GBP by British Government and this award has been given by CoCA cola company. Dr. Mark John is the british agent (foreigner) to maintain the transfer upon crediting my account. As per content of email I sent all my personal detail to the email address: [email protected] and received a call from cell No. 09958268668 of Dr. Y.H. Malegam Regional Director of RBI Regional office Delhi, FRD New Delhi asking me to deposit an amount of Rs. 12,999/- as credit fee in the given account No. 20201446210 of MS. Sankita Biswajit accountant officer RBI, FRD New Delhi in SBI ( IFSC: SBIN 0003598 )& Pan No BAQPM1635K immediately. I deposited this amount on same day. After that on 17/07/2014 I received an email from Mr. Ghosh Regional Director of RBI Regional office Delhi, FRD New Delhi stating that an amount of Rs. 51556048.36 has been credited in my account advising me to proceed with link given with following direction. I did the same and found that a COT code is appearing. Meantime I received a call from the same number asking me whether I have proceeded with link or not. I replied yes. After that I received another email from Dr. Y.H. Malegam advising me to deposit Rs. 49,999/- for COT code fee immediately by 21/07/2014.
> Sir, In such situation I wish to know that whether this electronic transaction is true or fraud. Pl send your reply in my email id : [email protected] immediately. If it is true, I will deposit fee for getting COT code.

The above complaint was made on 21/07/2014. My case was registered with court case no. 234023432 and as per advice of consumer forum an amount of Rs. 49,999.00 was paid on 22/07/2014 in the given account number by consumer forum but cot code was not given saying that your award amount will be transferred through RTGS facility of RBI. I refused to get it done and requested to consumer forum to refund my amount paid for Cot code. Forum asked me to face court notice or to pay notice cancellation fee of Rs. 12,780.00 I paid this amount also on 30/07/2014. After the above the following emails in regard to refund:

I also requested to RBI for getting refund of amount Rs. 12,999.00 paid for crediting fee sending the below email but no refund has been made till date.

Either by Consumer Forum or RBI, no refund has been made in my account No. 20084043866 SBI till date. Therefore, it is requested to kindly take urgent necessary action for refunding an amount of Rs. 49,999.00, Rs.12,780.00 and Rs.12,999.00 could be refund in my account by Consumer Forum and RBI immediately.

please take urgent action in this regard.
