Jason Benalfew called my home and berated my wife to tears over a 10 year old credit card debt. I called Jason Benalfew at 978 -744 -1144 and he claimed to be a legal director as well as an attorney. Considering the way he represented himself I googled him so that I could file a complaint with the Attorney General. Jason Benalfew is not an attorney. He IS however the convicted murderer of Jose Alicea, a 22 year old man that Jason Benalfew and 12 others beat to death in 2009 outside of a funeral home in Lynn, MA. Instead of being in prison where he belongs he is screaming at innocent people for Attorney Jeremy Cohen. He is a career criminal from Lynn who can access your Social Security Number as well as your current address. Do you feel comfortable giving your payment information to a convicted murderer? Do you feel comfortable having him know where you and your family live? If you reach Jason Benalfew insist on speaking directly with the company where the money is owed. You do NOT have to pay Jeremy Cohen & his Associates or the scumbag Lynn thug that he hires as his henchmen. Truly a chilling experience.
