Parcel direct send back to sender

ER215047441MY called for many times but nobody answer. Ok thats fine. I goto the post office try to collect the parcel, but without any call, you direct send back to the sender without my knowledge. Is that the receiver's contact number is stated next to the address to send? very disappointed
