Cable from my home to 2 houses down street
I am NOT a Comcast/Xfinity customer first of all. Either Comcast or their subcontractor without my knowledge, used a Comcast pedestal on my property and ran cabling across my yard, down the hill and onto the yard of a new build 2 houses below. I was never informed of this and discovered when I backed over the cabling in my driveway. Since this debacle of cabling running across yards, down the street, I have contacted Comcast 6 times to no avail always being told it was either a HAZARD ticket being placed or a PRIORITY ticket being placed and that it would be RESOLVED in 2 days. This has gone on for over 2 months and the cable is still there. It needs to be removed as I do not have their service NOR do I want their service. The 6th text response gave me a ticket # of 053044836, the one prior to that was ticket #052955522. Their customer service apparently has canned responses to attempt to please callers. All I want is this darned cable removed from my property and I'm sure other neighbors would like the cable out of the street. It is a hazard!!!!
