Was not aware of these charges being made. I could not understand why no matter how many payments I make, and how I have used my card probably once in the last, I don't even know how many months, why my balance doesn't ever appear to lower. On top of the finance constant finance charges, which I understand comes with credit cards,, I now see I've been being charged since 2016, probably even longer, for this Account Assure garbage I never signed up for. If I had, maybe this company could've actually been making my payments while being jobless. Yet like I said, I never knew this program even existed and am outraged. I've talked to a representative, who said my address is incorrect, although I checked online and it is indeed correct. I am also in paperless billing, therefore my information shouldn't be getting sent elsewhere. She also said it would be terminated and I would be refunded. I expect to be refunded all of this money I have been paying for something I would never sign up for. I will take legal action if this is not taken care of properly as I was told it would be.
