I CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT ASSURE PLAN OCTOBER 2013 AND RECEIVED ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM COMENITY BANK IN THEIR LETTER OF OCTOBER 30, 2013. FOR SEVERAL MONTHS THEREAFTER I CONTINUED TO BE CHARGED A MONTHLY FEE FOR ACCOUNT ASSURE ON MY MY MONTHLY BILLING STATEMENT FROM BEDFOR FAIR APPAREL.
I MAILED LETTERS TO COMENITY BANK CUSTOMER CARE TEAM JANUARY 5 AND 8, 2014.
JANUARY 15, 2014, i RECEIVED A LETTER FORM COMENITY BANK QUOTE IN PART "...in respones to your request we have
