Award notification commission judging office, are you kidding me! There should be some law that prohibits scams like this. These fees that are collected should be under some federal Grand theft, and prosecuted as such. They are only asking for 12.99 per person but if you total the whole amount that they taking from the citizens of this country and possibly other countries the Theft has to be in the millions. There should be a special branch office that collects on these kind of scams and the proceeds from collections could fund that office. Unfortunately this complaint letter may satisfy some frustration it won't elevate the growing problem that we are facing to steal money from unsuspecting people. Sincerely, Concerned Citizen
