We recently bought a dealership to market patient financing to the medical field. The company is Compass Payment Solutions. We were told that there was a 60 to 70% loan approval and that this company had a special arrangement with loan companies that would get applicants approved where others could not. We were told that we would receive 100 hours of telemarketing and welcome packages and brochures would be sent out to providers. None of the above was true. After 3 months of marketing and enrolling over 44 providers, no loans were being approved, no telemarketing was done, no brochures sent. In fact the company and Frank Hope seemed more interested in selling dealerships. We paid 9250.00. The company was not viable after being told that this company was over 2 years old and doing extremely well. Now we find out that Frank DiSimone aka Frank Hope, aka Andrew Frank is a scam artist.
